Service & Scheduling Details
Our preferred method of payment is Auto Pay. We accept credit cards, ACH, and checks. Payment terms are due by the 10th of each month.
We do not charge extra for months containing five service weeks, and therefore we do not extend credits for holiday time off.
Safety First! During periods of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or lightning, chemical-only service may be performed for our safety. Extreme weather events may result in no service depending on conditions, and any necessary cleanup charges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Schedule interruptions due to weather or illness may occasionally occur. We will always communicate directly via text, email, or phone to coordinate our catch-up plan.
We do not credit for weeks of no service due to extreme weather.
